• Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) days in advance.
• Refund Policy: ITA offers a one-time 14-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Pricing: ITA reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Subscribers agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce ITA’s content, alerts, or analysis without prior written consent.

All ITA services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring they comply with all laws and regulations applicable to trading and investing in their jurisdiction.
